DELIVERY AND RETURNS
– Q: How will my order get delivered to me?
A: We deliver to your home or work. There are certain areas in South Africa where the Courier Services cannot deliver (we will let you know if a courier is unable to deliver in your area and make alternative arrangements).
– Q: How much will delivery cost me?
A: Delivery cost will vary depending on the delivery address. Once your order has been placed we will determine the best possible price for your delivery and call you to arrange either a bank transfer or online payment. We do this to keep delivery cost at the lowest. Many companies charge a high fixed delivery no matter where the delivery address is, we aim to do things differently by providing the cheapest delivery possible.
– Q: How long does it take for me to get my order?
A: Your order will take between 3 – 4 working days (i.e. excluding weekends and public holidays) to get to you if you live near a major centre or 5 – 6 working days if you live in an outlying area. It could take up to 10 days if you live in a remote area.
– Q: Do you deliver outside the borders of South Africa?
A: At the moment we do not.
– Q: Where do you deliver to?
A: We deliver anywhere in South Africa – to your chosen physical address, or if that is not possible to your nearest Post Office(small items only).
– Q: How can I return my order or part of my order?
A: You can return your order via the Post Office or via Courier. You will need to pay for the cost of this return. Click here to see the returns procedure.
– Q: How much will it cost me to return my order?
A: If you choose to return your order via the Post Office, you will be charged standard SAPO rates to return your parcel to us. If you choose to return your merchandise using our Courier service, we cannot advise you on the cost of the return, as the cost will vary depending on your location. We do not refund delivery costs. – Q: Can I select somebody to receive my order for me if I am not going to be there when the Courier service delivers to me?
A: Yes you can, but do note that we will not accept responsibility for anyone who receives your order at your chosen address, that is not authourised to do so.
– Q: What happens if there is nobody to receive my order when the Courier delivers to me?
A: The Courier will make an attempt to call you and arrange a date and time that is suitable for you to receive your delivery. After a second delivery attempt the Courier will return your order to CBT Africa, and you will be credited for your purchase minus the cost of delivery and the cost of returning the package to us.
– Q: How will I be credited for my return?
A: If you purchased using a credit card we will refund the card that you used or by EFT if you paid by EFT.
– Q: When can I cancel or return my order?
A: Once you have checked out with your order online, you cannot cancel your order or initiate a return until you have received your order.
– Q: Where is my order?
A: You can track the status of your order by logging into your account and going to the tracking order page: Tracking Order. Once you have selected the order that you wish to track you will be able to see if your order has been received by CBT Africa.
– Q: What payment options do I have for purchasing from CBT Africa online?
A: You can pay using a credit card or by EFT (electronic funds transfer) We will be adding further payment options at a later stage.
– Q: Is it safe to buy online with CBT Africa?
A: CBT Africa subscribes to the highest security and encryption standards, allowing our customers to shop with absolute peace of mind! Also, we do not store your payment and card details, therefore your confidential information cannot be accessed by anyone who is unauthourised to do so.

– Q: What if I order something that is out of stock?
A: We will inform you as soon as possible and will either offer you another option or refund your money.
– Q: Is there a minimum order value to buy online from CBT Africa?
A: Yes, we have a minimum order value of R 99.00.
