Returns and Delivery on Cash Purchase

Delivery

Delivery cost will vary depending on the delivery address. Once your order has been placed we will determine the best possible price for delivery and call you to arrange either a bank transfer or online payment. We do this to keep delivery cost at the lowest. Many companies charge a high fixed delivery no matter where the delivery address is, we aim to do things differently by providing the cheapest delivery possible, we promise.
Your order will take between 3-4 working days (i.e. excluding weekends and public holidays) to get to you. Certain orders may require more time due availability.
We do not deliver to addresses outside of South Africa.

Returns

7 days on manufacturing faults or unbroken seal

You have 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery to return your order. Returns or Exchanges will not be accepted after 7 (Seven) days. The item must be returned to us via your own delivery method and at your own expense. Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s) we will then refund you within 7 (seven) business days.
In the case of our error, the goods will be collected at our expense.
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, unworn and with the original invoice. Please DO NOT try and seal the box with anything (glue, tape, staples etc) as this ruins the box and we will then be unable to accept the item(s) back as the original box is damaged and we do not stock extra boxes.
CBT Africa does not accept any exchanges or returns on sale items or on items which have been used.

Any approved refund will be in the form of a credit to your credit card or EFT if you made payment by EFT for the price recorded on the receipt or slip. Shipping, handling and insurance charges on all purchases are not refundable.
